Konzept hoch 3 consists of Ulf Narten, Christian Giesecke and Jürgen Wegner. Ulf Narten has planed about 430 different sized fitness facilities since 1992. 220 projects in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Benelux and Russia where also realized.
Christian Giesecke and Jürgen Wegner are the operators of the Elan Fitness and Wellness groups. The facilities are positioned in a premium segment and already have won many different awards and prizes: Fitness club of the year 1993 and 1997, the golden Service-Crown of the Excelsior-Business-Club 2006, 2008 and 2009; since 1989 in the INLINE-INJOY organisation.
